With its new building project, the media group wants to set an example for the future. The open spaces will be given a lot of green areas.

Seven valleys on different levels lie between soft curving building forms. Each valley has its own colour, which shows in the plant palettes, the pathways and the furniture.

The so-called ‘P7S1 walk’, a long glass tunnel, connects the buildings and valleys and offer a spectacular view on the piazza and the “mountain”.

The “Piazza Santa Clara” serves as a multifunctional event open space. The mountain can be reached via a spacious staircase. Like in the mountains, as the vegetation becomes rare in the heights, flower fields accompany the ascent. On the plateau, seamless and robust flagstone in different shades of grey give the impression of relief and await the climber under the open sky. This mineral area is broken up by green chunks with small trees.

On the way back from the mountain it is worth taking a break on the wide steps. Perhaps a movie will be shown on the big screen under the “P7S1 walk”, bringing the hiker back to the media world.
